Making a Positive Impact
When I began my fitness journey , it was a whole new world for me. I come from a family that had no experience or knowledge of fitness. Starting at a weight of 170 pounds and border line diabetes , I had my first transformation and dropped 50 pounds. I then was at my smallest weight of 119 pounds and then started my second transformation of building muscle and am now at a healthy 150 pounds.
This change of lifestyle has been the best experience of my life and I have dedicated myself to helping others experience the great path of a healthy lifestyle.
My passion is to help as many people as possible to become healthy and change their life.
